We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original packaging
• In the same condition that you received it
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
BIODASH products purchased through other retailers or marketplaces must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BIODASH cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
